The Empire iPhone App pre-loads a database of approximately 10,000 editorial quality Movie reviews onto the users iPhone. The App is kept up to date with the latest reviews
using a synchronisation mechanism.

A pre-loaded database offers the user numerous benefits, including offline access, fast data loading, and an assurance that every review exists on the userʼs iPhone.

Additionally the App allows users to favourite films, which can also be prioritised. Users can also navigate via directors, actors or genres to other films - i.e. picking The Shawshank Redemption, then viewing other Movies by Frank Darabont.
